The Purchasing Department is responsible for coordinating the acquisition of goods and services and ensuring that the Board receives the best value for tax dollars spent. We are also responsible for the Print Shop, Mailroom and Central Stores.

The Board is a member of the Niagara Public Purchasing Committee, which was established in 1978 and includes 52 participating agencies working together to derive the maximum value for each dollar spent through Co-Operation and Professional Purchasing. We are also members of the Ontario Public Buyers Association.
