About this program
Gr8 in 8 and High School Headstart programs reinforce the literacy and numeracy concepts which are fundamental to success in the next grade. Students complete the program with a better understanding of the concepts as well as increased confidence as they enter the next grade.

About this program
This course emphasizes regular participation in a variety of physical activities that promote lifelong healthy living. Students will participate in a variety of activities that will enhance their personal confidence, fitness and health. They will examine topics related to healthy living, the use of informed decision making and positive social recreational activity

About this program
eLearning Summer School provides students with the opportunity to earn credits in a variety of subject areas while maintaining some flexibility in their summer schedule.
Full credit courses are 110 hours in length and students should expect to work a minimum of 4 hours per day to complete their studies.

Regular Summer School CO-OP
About this program
Summer school placements run from July 3, 2012 to August 10.
Students work at their co-op a minimum of 7 hours per day for 28 days.
Regular attendance for both the work place and in-class sessions are mandatory. This is a two (2) credit co-op.

About this program
Specialized summer CO-OP program linking paid employment with up to 2 CO-OP credits. Students who apply and are successful must agree to participate from July 3, 2012 -August 24, 2012 Funding for the employment comes from the Provincial Grant Program.

About this program
Online assignments about Agriculture, and summer employment credit, provide students with the opportunity to earn 2 elective credits in 6 weeks towards their OSSD.
Applications available for students 16 to 20 years of age, who have a job and internet access at home.

About this program
This course is open to all students in both the ESL and ELD pathways to English proficiency. Students will Work towards one of ELD A, B, C, or D credits based on their level of language proficiency All applicants require a signature from a principal or DSBN ELD teacher.
