July and August (summer break):
Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed Fridays and statutory holidays)

Please note that the DSBN Education Centre and Record Centre offices will be closed the last two weeks of July for the annual summer shutdown.
Any record requests received during the summer shutdown, will be addressed upon staff's return.
