Criteria
- dependent child, stepchild, or ward of member, or *deceased member, of OSSTF/FEESO in good standing
- pursuing post-secondary education at college, university or apprenticeship with Academic portion
- graduate of a publicly-funded secondary school within the past year
- Only online applications will be accepted.
- proof of enrollment in a post-secondary program and proof of educational expenses (tuition, textbooks / learning materials, student fees, on-campus living expenses, travel expenses to / from permanent residence, and on-campus residence) paid equal to or greater than $3 000.

- complete application online
- Once successful recipients are notified by the provincial office, it is their responsibility to ensure that proof of enrollment and educational expenses are submitted
