Criteria
- You or your relative must be insured through an individual or group policy of an insurance plan or program offered by OTIP.
- must be a full-time or part-time post-secondary student at a college or university for the upcoming academic year
- OTIP employees, directors, trustees (or family members of) or any of its subsidiaries[1] are not eligible to enter.

Checklist
- application to be made online
- must provide proof of age and proof of attendance at a Canadian college or university on a full-time basis for upcoming academic year to receive award
