Criteria

- open to legal residents of Southern Ontario (905 area code)
- graduating high school students
- enrolling in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited college or university, in the United States or Canada for the fall term of next school year
- Commitment to school and community service activities

Checklist

- completed application, mailed through Canada Post to the below address
- Applications must be postmarked by July 1st of each year
- current official transcript
- Appraisal form completed by the school or community advisor, coordinator, supervisor or leader
- list of school and leadership awards and honors
- short essay - see Judging Criteria on the Website for full details
