Criteria
-student who achieves the highest mark in a Grade 12 university preparation History course in a secondary school
-graduating from a secondary school under the jurisdiction of the former Lincoln County Board of Education: Beamsville DSS, Eden SS, Governor Simcoe SS, Grimsby SS, Laura Secord SS, Sir Winston Churchill SS, St. Catharines Collegiate, DSBN Academy (if applicable)
Checklist
-A.R. Petrie Memorial History Award Application form (should include a mark for two (2) previously completed senior division History courses (this mark will be used to break any tie).
-Credit Counselling Summary or final transcript
-Copy of acceptance to a post-secondary institute
