Criteria
- resident of Ontario
- 24 years old and under
- has made exceptional VOLUNTEER contributions to the preservation of local heritage
- demonstrated leadership, commitment, creativity, positive impact on the community, region or province, good conservation practices
- Ontario Heritage Trust and members of their immediate families are not eligible.
Checklist
- endorsed nomination form (available on website)
- detailed description of the nominee and his/her achievements must be included
- additional material (publications, media stories, photographs, letters of reference) should also be included
