Criteria

- Competed in at least one (1) OFSAA Track & Field Championship individual event of 800m or greater, or OFSAA Cross Country Championship event in high school.
- Graduation from Grade 12 with a minimum of 80% or better average in their best six grade 12 university courses
- attended grades 10, 11 & 12 in Canada
- Participated in high school extracurricular activities
- Community involvement, such as volunteering, coaching, fundraising, overseas projects, etc
- Involved in other sports and activities outside of school
- proceeding to post-secondary education at a Canadian College or University
- preference given to student whose character is reflective of qualities that Brian Maxwell demonstrated in his life: honesty, integrity, compassion and an unwavering quest to accomplish the best he could academically and athletically while supporting his fellow team members

- summary of OFSAA participation
- summary of other major athletic achievement
