Criteria
- Verification of school enrollment will be required for all winning entrants.
- Written in English, submit an original essay on the novel, double-spaced, must be solely the work of the entrant, one entry per student. See details for word count.
- Essays must be submitted electronically through ARI’s online application portal, by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time of the entry deadline.
- Winners agree to record a short video testimonial about their experience reading The Fountainhead, and consent to the Ayn Rand Institute’s sharing of said video, participate in interviews, use quotes and take photographs, movies or videotapes of them.
Checklist
Must include a cover sheet with the following information: Name and address, e-mail address, name and address of school, topic selected, current grade level, name of teacher who assigned the essay.
