Criteria

- legal resident of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec)
- must be 14 years of age or older
- may enter as couple or individual
- attending high school or home school
- attire must be made of duct tape
- submit 1-5 high resolution photo of couple or individual in prom attire
- judging based on workmanship; originality, use of colour, accessories, use of duct tape.
- Anyone who was a Finalist in a previous Duck® Brand Duct Tape Stuck at Prom® Scholarship Contest is NOT eligible to participate in this Contest.

Checklist

- include name, address, phone, email address, age, grade, school which hosted the prom and parent's name if under 18
- submit photo online for judging and voting
