Criteria
- available to students with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis (ASD)
- currently live in Ontario
- accepted for first year in any level of a post-secondary institution in Canada (college, university, apprenticeship, post-graduate)
Checklist
SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING ON-LINE TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW - EACH UPLOAD MUST NOT EXCEED 2GB
- cover letter with information about future goals, interests and/or Career pathways,
- full contact information (legal name, address, phone number & email address) (SIN # if awarded)
- description of post-secondary course & why it was chosen
- copy of diagnosis from a medical/psychological professional
- copy of letter of admission/proof of enrollment from a post-secondary institution
