Criteria

- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, landed immigrant or refuge
- be in graduating year of uninterrupted full-time studies in high school
- between ages of 16 and 24
- financial need
- exemplary citizenship qualities in community through extensive community service, volunteerism and humanitarian causes
