Criteria

The award will be made to a candidate who:
- enrolled full time in any field of study in a post‐secondary institution at an accredited university or college
- shows above average academic skills
- demonstrates leadership and community involvement
- is of Ukrainian heritage
- a citizen of Canada, or landed immigrant, and a resident of Niagara Region
- must demonstrate participation in either the Ukrainian community or the local community‐at‐large

Checklist

- transcript of last year’s marks with a minimum overall average of 80%
- proof of full-time enrollment in the post-secondary institution's current year
- Letters of Reference from the learning institution and community organization(s)
