- graduating DSBN School,
- be a resident of Niagara,
- be accepted post-secondary institute
- demonstrate financial need
- Be a deserving student, based on selection criteria, such as, but not limited to: academic performance, school and community involvement.

- 200-word summary that includes the following:
o Student experience in Secondary School
o expectations and dreams for the future
o challenges encountered regarding financial need
- Declaration of Financial Need
- Credit counselling / transcript
- Post-Secondary acceptance
