Per year for up to 4 consecutive years providing the student maintains satisfactory academic progress.

Criteria

- restricted to children of a Canadian BAC member in good standing of a Canadian BAC Local
- graduating high school senior planning to attend college or university in following year
- grades (minimum 70% average)
- leadership qualities
- extracurricular, civic and community activities are considered
- must be a full time student
