Criteria
- given to a graduating student from a secondary school administered by the former Lincoln County Board of Education: Beamsville DSS, Eden SS, Governor Simcoe SS, Grimsby SS, Laura Secord SS, Sir Winston Churchill SS, St. Catharines Collegiate, DSBN Academy (if applicable)
- must be accepted by a University or a Community College
- must have a "B" standing in 6 credits at the Grade 12 level
- involvement in extracurricular activities
- need for financial assistance
