International Languages for Elementary Students


 

What Does This Program Offer?

The International Languages for Elementary Students program gives students from ELKP to Grade 8 the opportunity to learn a new language other than English or French. Classes are offered in partnership with various community organizations. Classes are held after school or on weekends, and may be registered for anytime throughout the school year.

Your child should take this program if they:

  • Are an Elementary student between ELKP and Grade 8
  • Are interested in learning another language

When Does It Start?

Classes are offered after school or on weekends; held once a week during the regular school year.

There are also free Language classes during the month of July for 2.5 hours per day, Monday - Friday.  Call 905-687-7000 for more information.

Courses take place at various locations. Please speak to the organization of your choice to learn more about their location.
