Welcome to the 2024/25 School Year!

We’ve got you covered with some handy back to school info. 

On August 26, your school’s office will be open daily from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm to help you register, help you with your timetable, and welcome you back for a great year.


Need to Register?

Are you new to the DSBN, or are you returning to the Niagara Region and looking to register at a DSBN secondary school? If your answer is, "Yes, that's me!" then please click this link to begin. We encourage you to begin the registration process before the first day of the school (Tuesday, September 3).

Moving within Niagara and Need to Change Schools?
 

If you are already in the DSBN family, and you are moving and need to change schools, please do not use the registration link above. Before Monday, August 26, you can change your address online by clicking here. If you need to change your address after Monday, August 26, please contact your current school and they will support you.

New to Niagara and Canada?


Our Welcome Centre is excited to serve your family if you’re new to the District School Board of Niagara and your child was born outside of Canada. If this is the case for your child, please contact us by phone or email:

Transportation


The NSTS Portal officially opens Monday, August 19 at 10:00 am. Finalized Transportation will be available on Thursday, August 29, 2024. Staff at NSTS also understand you may want to contact them earlier – here are a few suggestions:

We are here to support you: Everyone’s mental health and well-being is important, especially for students who are learning and growing. Here is a overview of types of support available to you from your school, organizations in your community, and what to do if you need help immediately.
