When families or community members have questions or concerns,
we want to make sure you know who you can speak with to get
the information you’re looking for.
Is your question or concern about:
Your child’s education or school?
It’s important for families to know that there is always someone at the DSBN you can speak with, and we encourage you to reach out to us.
- If you have a question or concern about your child’s education, your first step is to talk to your child’s teacher about it.
- If you talk to your child’s teacher and decide you would like additional support – or if you have more general questions about your child’s school – then your next step is to speak with your principal.
If you still have questions, concerns or issues after speaking with your child’s teacher and principal, then we encourage you to connect with your Superintendent’s office. You can find your Superintendent and how to contact them by clicking here.
Equity, diversity, inclusion or anti-racism?
We strongly encourage our families and community members to bring any questions, concerns or issues forward regarding equity, diversity, inclusion or anti-racism in our schools.
For more information about the important work we’re doing involving equity, inclusion, diversity and anti-racism, please visit the equity section of our website.
