Happy World Teachers’ Day 

Each year, October 5th is held in appreciation of the vital contribution that teachers make to the education and development of the world's children.

“Teaching is an amazing profession. Teachers are directly involved in shaping the lives of the young people in our system. The lessons taught, the skills students learn and the values teachers impart will stay with their students forever,” says Warren Hoshizaki, DSBN Director of Education.

“Each and every day, our wonderful teachers work to support student learning and create positive changes students’ lives. On behalf of the senior team and trustees, please accept our most sincere thanks for your hard work, professionalism and dedication,” adds Hoshizaki.
