DSBN Teams Up with the Niagara Girls Basketball Academy

The Niagara Girls Basketball Academy (NGBA) and the District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) are partnering together in an effort to bring an Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association (OSBA) team to the Niagara region.

A.N. Myer has been selected as the academic partner school for the program. Students on the team will attend A.N. Myer for their academic program, while training with NGBA coaches.

The OSBA league supports young women in preparing for post-secondary, national, and international basketball competition.

A town-hall style meeting for those interested to get more information will be scheduled in the near future.
