History
The Lifetime Learning Centre had its humble beginnings in two classrooms at the St. Catharines Collegiate in 1975. With a staff of very dedicated teachers, the program grew in size and popularity and is now housed in a new all-adult facility which was opened in 1995.
By providing essential academic upgrading and skill based computer training/re-training programs, the District School Board of Niagara continues to make a significant contribution to the human resource development and economic growth of its community. Boasting current software and up-to-date computer labs as well as classrooms for academic courses, the Centre has an enrollment of over 400 students – proof that learning is a lifetime venture!
