OVERVIEW
The DSBN Makers are a group of administrators, teachers and support staff who are committed to supporting and promoting teachers and student who venture to incorporate making and technology into their classrooms. Please take a moment to review the projects in this section and see if there is something that may interest you. Whether you are new to making or would like to try something different we can provide you with expertise and resources to make your next making project a success.
Co-Teaching Co-Planning With The DSBN Makers
The DSBN Makers offer many co teaching and co-planning opportunities (please see project list on the right). New this year, each visit will start with a pre visit meeting, (via Teams or in person) where we will discuss "training day" and the other components of your project. During training day, you and your students will be introduced to the tools, materials and technology associated with your project. Staff and students will work on some skill building activities and discuss the culminating activity. After training day, you will be left with all necessary tools and materials to complete the project on your own timetable. If scheduling allows, we can return for a sharing and exploration session related to the student work on the project.
